ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY CADIZXPLR IN WRITING WITHIN (14) DAYS OF RECEIPT. EACH CARPET IS CUSTOM MADE WHEN ORDERED, AUTHORIZED RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% TO 50% RESTOCKING CHARGE. ALL RETURN MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN DELIVERED

ALL PURCHASES ON SALE OR WITH A PROMOTIONAL CODE ARE NOT RETURNABLE

In the unlikely event that merchandise is defective due to inadequate workmanship or an internal error, Cadiz XPLR accepts all responsibility without charge to the customer. For dealers, only merchandise credits are allowed; no cash refunds.

Custom and special orders may not be canceled or returned.

Damage in Transit
All merchandise is sold F.O.B. factory and any claims of damage in transit must be presented to the carrier.

Return Authorization Number and Packing
We reserve the right to refuse any delivery which does not have a return authorization number. Merchandise returned without an authorization number side marked to the package will be charged the restocking charge. Merchandise must be returned in package strength equal to or greater than 6 ml. poly wrap. If return is due to damage, original packing must be enclosed.

Rug Repair
For rugs needing repair, please contact customer service at hello@cadizxplr.com with a photo and description of the repair. Any used rugs sent back for repairs must first be professionally cleaned. Labor and shipping/freight charges will apply.
